1. Center the food on the bottom food holder and press gently
Lower the upper food holder so that it grasps the food and holds it securely
2. Using the height adjustment lever, raise the cutter arm so that it rests on top of the food to be peeled. WARNING: Do not grab the cutter blade... it is razor-sharp!
3. While pressing lightly on the upper food holder, press the power button. The skin peels off in one clean, continuous curl.

I've only used it once but I'm really happy with it..
With having arthritis it will save me a lot of time and pain.
I just hope you can get spare blades for it.
This is so much better than hand peeling. Even if this were to break after 3/4 months I would buy another one and still count it as money well spent. Still using the first blade and haven't had to change it. Have done potatoes and mangoes and both get peeled very well, even when it hits a bit it can't cut through it'll still do 80% of the peeling and you can have the next one peeling while you tidy that one up. Prep is so much faster.
My wife is so pleased with this, she put potato in and hey presto its done being that we have arthritis In hand this peeler make life easier. So will recommend.
Amazing product so easy to use and peels perfectly. Only downside it can't do bit on top and bottom but takes seconds to do manually. We'll worth the money and really saves time and no more painful peeling by hand. Also easy to clean.
